The Program is available to full-time employees of UPS from the date that they become eligible for benefits. Participants must be on the payroll (active or inactive) at the time of application, and must be active when they submit the necessary documents for reimbursement. Requests for Education Assistance for courses must be made prior to course registration and recommended for approval by your manager. Final approval is then given by L&D Manager. You must be taking the business-related course(s) through an accredited college, university or other educational institution.
The UPS Canada Tuition Reimbursement program is available only on approved shifts in designated UPS locations to part-time union employees and part-time supervisors enrolled in approved educational institutions.
