Our love of logistics is driven by our passion for people.

Every day, UPS meets an infinite number of needs with innovative solutions in businesses, homes and communities everywhere. It takes diversity of thought, experience and intelligence to get the job done.

It is also one of the reasons that led us several years ago, to be the partner of the Olympic Games and Paralympic. In London, in 2012, UPS mobilized no less than 1,100 employees to meet present and ensure all logistics and transportation. With employees in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide, there's no question that diversity is part of the social fabric at UPS. We consider diversity a mindset of inclusiveness, respect, and cooperation a visible core value that helps drive the way we do business with our customers and suppliers and strengthens our bonds with a multicultural community of friends and neighbors.

From Business Resource Groups to Women's Leadership Development, we encourage and support employees to come together and pursue endeavors with a shared passion. While these individuals help us grow as a business and ensure a diverse pool of talent, they also act as ambassadors both internally and externally by engaging us, as an organization, in a variety of community events around the world. Whether it's a local book club or a major global event, UPS strives to maintain a strong connection between our employees, our customers, our communities and this place we call home.

The work of diversity and inclusion is a continuous process of growth and education. That's why UPS takes active measures to increase awareness of our strengths and differences.
